On behalf of the Environment Agency we would like to welcome you to this Tenbury Flood Risk Management Scheme engagement event. We invite you to explore the virtual room and to learn more about the proposed scheme.

you can access information on the Tenbury Flood Risk Management Scheme at your leisure. We encourage you to explore the

The aim of this virtual room is to provide you with more information about the proposed scheme. This includes the options that have been looked at, the proposed solution, and information about the important next steps that need to be taken so that construction can start in March 2022.
The flood risk management scheme will aim to reduce risk of flooding to Tenbury Wells, benefitting approximately 120 residential and 145 commercial properties. The scheme would be designed to provide a 1 in 100 year Standard of Protection (SoP) (equivalent to a 1% chance of flooding at any given year), with an additional allowance for climate change.
